On Tuesday 24 th April the Entrepreneurship Department had the privilege of hearing a mind opening lecture on entrepreneurial behavior from, special guest, Prof. Kanes Rajah, of Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). Prof Rajah heads the business school of TUT. Prof Rajah The lecture on entrepreneurial behavior focused on the diversity of entrepreneurs with key emphasis on entrepreneurs being either adaptors or innovators and how these two factors shaped the qualities and personal traits of these entrepreneurs. Prof. Rajah also spent time elaborating on the importance of innovation, growth and strength in entrepreneurial firms. The charismatic lecturer provided the department with current issues affecting the way young entrepreneurs think, act and talk. He also shared wise words on what differentiates ordinary entrepreneurs to entrepreneurs such as Steve Jobs who stand out from the rest.
