We are so thrilled to learn that our head of department, the very hardworking Dr Wilfred Isioma Ukpere has been admitted into the illustrious league of NRF rated researchers.     good question Mbongi. Awards such as this must be tapped into. When the HOD returns, we must find out from him how his membership of this exclusive band will benefit the department. it will aslo do us a lot of good if the HOD shares a moment with every member of the department on what this means to him as well as to the department
